New $10 Million Equities Investment Arises in Tokenized Venture Fund

As per a new press release published on the 29th of July, the US Capital Global Securities is going to offer investors the option to avail of an equities investment worth $10 million, in a tokenized fund. The company, US Global Capital Securities, is regulated by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and is an arm of US Capital Global, a private investment bank.

According to the release, the firm is offering accredited investors a chance to invest in a $10 million equity investment in a tokenized venture fund, the first to have been launched by venture capital fund CityBlock Capital, NYCQ Fund LP. The fund seemingly holds equities in some of the most influential and significant countries within the blockchain and fintech spaces. US Capital Global Securities has been named the exclusive placement agent for the fund.

As per the details furnished by the announcement, the fund has holdings in major players such as top cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, virtual asset platform and prospective BTC futures provider Bakkt, electronic brokerage firm Tagomi, and digital asset data company Nomics. Speaking about this exciting development, Charles Towle, the CEO of US Capital Global Securities made the following statement:

“Combining low minimum investment amounts and early liquidity opportunities, the Fund gives accredited investors access to blockchain infrastructure investments normally available to institutional investors.”

This is a crucial development for all accredited, Institutional investors as they will now be able to explore a new avenue for investing their money in. Since the expansion of the blockchain, crypto and fintech spaces seem to be dependent on the role of institutional investors, this is a laudable step forward.
