Etherparty Announces Collaboration With Capiche

Etherparty which gives the assurance of being “easy, effective and trusted” is a blockchain software platform, which aims to establish agreements between people in and all around the world, with their user-friendly designs. They recently announced a new partnership and collaboration with Capiche.io, a web-based legal tech platform, that makes the capital raising process simple, all the while ensuring compliance. They are looking forward to developing an integrated solution in order to make sure that the securities issued through Rocket, Etherparty’s recently launched platform are in conformity with the applicable securities laws. What Capiche essentially does is that it automates the capital raising process, produces all required documentation, coordinates interactions while guiding the users through the entire process. Kevin Hobbs, the CEO of Vanbex Group, which is the parent company of Etherparty said,

“Having a partner like Capiche allows us to more easily transition the traditional processes of setting up security offerings into blockchain for the security and auditability that it offers.”

Etherparty’s first official software, Rocket is a user-friendly token crowdsale creator solution for utility tokens, which allow its users to keep track of the project without the necessity of a qualified development team.

The second version of Rocket, Comet, is an advanced STO creator, which is currently undergoing development. It after its release will again integrate with Capiche to facilitate a much faster and better, and easier distribution of security token.
